Student Therapist (She/Her)

Syracuse University Marriage and Family Therapy 2025

I am currently pursuing my Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Syracuse University. Before my graduate studies, I earned my Bachelor's degree at Syracuse University in Human Development and Family Science,

In my work as a therapist, I believe in the power of empathy and compassion. My approach is rooted in family systems theory, which recognizes the interconnectedness of individuals within their relationships and environments. In the therapy room, I use a collaborative and attachment-centered approach and am dedicated to creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel empowered to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences.

Client-Centered Care:

I am a firm believer in the importance of tailoring therapy to meet each client's unique needs and goals. I approach therapy from a client-centered perspective, where clients are viewed as the experts in their own lives. Together, we work collaboratively to develop personalized strategies for growth and healing. My goal is to empower clients to build on their strengths, develop effective coping skills, and create positive change in their lives.
